First Floor

Still work in progress. Haven't put anything on the walls yet such as art work, photos, etc. There are a few windows that need wood blinds/curtains (waiting on a friend to come down for assistance on that). So far, we like what we're able to put together. We are comfortable with the space. We enjoy using all of the rooms. That's what really matters to us. The 2nd floor is about 75% done. More later after the 30 day inspection/check up.

Quick Tour

Slowly but surely settling in. A week after we moved in, we had a party to organize for my mom's bday. Pressure! Had to get our furniture from storage, etc. Accumulated quite a bit of furniture from Craigslist. Mostly West Elm, CB2 and Ikea. Some from our previous homes.

We have a no shoe policy inside the house so we had to supply slippers for our guests :) Here are some pics of the house. More pics later.

Closing Done

Home Sweet Home. More pics later. Moving is a pain but we love being here. Neighbors are awesome.

Pre-Settlement

Finally was able to see the inside of the house. Everything turned out really great. We didn't need to change a single thing: drywall had no blemish/cracks or imperfection, floor was pristine, etc. Project Manager was able to explain any expectations from here on out in terms of warranties as well as how to use the appliances/HVAC. Energy Star was a common theme throughout which is good. Basement is huge but unfinished. Here are the pictures:

Exterior and Grass Complete (12th Week)

Pre-settlement next week. We haven't been inside for almost a month now because of the locked doors :) We were able to peak and very much like what we see.
